Celebrity Media reporter Zomgluan Ouyang at Borough Hall Queens: The President Richards hosted his annual Kwanzaa celebration at Borough Hall on Wednesday, December 27, welcoming dozens of community members for a night of cultural performances, words of wisdom and refreshments.

The Borough President said we work on the seven principles of Kwanzaa to uplift our community in many ways, including through civic engagement and various task forces that address the quality of life issues in our community.
